Breaking up with them was like dumping three clingy exes—tough but oh-so worth it. This whole experience turned me into a Sherlock Holmes of holistic health. I learned that when your gut’s happy, everything else falls into place. Back then, this wasn’t mainstream thinking. But when my brain fog lifted, my mood soared, and I started sleeping like a baby (minus the midnight wake-ups), I knew I was onto something. Here’s the kicker: wellness isn’t just about what you eat.
